White Anchovies.
Spaniards call these cured white anchovies ‘Boquerones’. Harvested off the coast of Morocco, they are packed in light sunflower oil and sea salt. These small fish are deliciously rich and have a mild sweet flavor and are much less salty than most cured anchovies.
