Kanpachi Poke

A fresh and flavorful Kanpachi poke, combining diced fish with ogo, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, and Hawaiian sea salt for a simple yet delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound kanpachi (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons ogo
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Hawaiian sea salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix ingredients.
  2. Add more seasoning to taste.
