“Ikura”
Salmon Roe, Commonly known as Ikura, is the reddish-orange, slightly transparent egg sack found inside the bellies of female salmon. Our salmon roe comes from Alaskan Chum salmon and is around half a centimeter in size. The roe is cured to enhance the flavor and make the product safe for consumption. Salmon roe contains lots of dietary proteins, vitamins, and essential omega-3 fatty acids.
A Salty Pop
This high-grade salmon roe offers a mix of sweet and salty flavors that ‘pop’ in your mouth upon biting into the product. Salmon roe can be added to a wide variety of dishes ranging from sushi to pasta dishes.
