Versatile and Tasty!

Pacific rockfish is the most common near-shore fish on the West Coast. It has white-pink flesh with a mild, slightly sweet, and nutty taste. It is somewhat of a “blank slate” as will maintain the flavor of any dish.

Caught in the Pacific, this product received a best choice rating from the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch Program.
