Pacific Red Snapper also known as “Huachinango” is a popular fish that comes from the beautiful waters of La Paz, Baja California. The warm temperature of the Baja Coast creates the ideal conditions for the fish’s clean and delicate flavor.

These farm raised Mt. Lassen (CA) trout are raised in flowing underground spring water flows resulting in stronger fish and yielding a firmer texture that is more exciting to the palette.

1.5 lbs. Ahi Diced Tuna
Hand line caught Yellowfin tuna from the Philippines. We take all the work of dicing this exceptionally fresh product into uniform cubes so that you can enjoy the perfect poke bowl: a splash of sesame seed oil, a bit of soy sauce (don’t overdo it), green onions, over rice and veggies.
