One of the market names for Black Cod is “Butterfish”. It is given this name to describe its amazing buttery flavor. It contains high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids (comparable to salmon) which is good for your health.

This Hawaiian Kanpachi is responsibly raised off the shores of the Kona coast. A cousin of the yellowtail jack, fresh Kanpachi has a lean but buttery finish and goes perfect with a splash of soy sauce and wasabi.
