Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner.
To help expedite the establishment of credit terms, please complete the enclosed Credit Application and Personal Guarantee with Bank and Trade References.
If your firm is a corporation, we wish to draw your attention to our credit policy for corporations. We normally require that shareholders of 20% or more of the corporate stock personally guarantee the business account. We dispense with the personal guarantees for corporations with satisfactory financial statements. If you wish to be considered for waiver of personal guarantees, please submit a recent financial statement prepared by your accountant with the application.
Pending the establishment of credit terms for your business, all deliveries will be on a COD basis. Visa/MasterCard is accepted.

Do you have order minimums?
Yes. Order minimums depend on the customer’s location. For exact order minimums, please email sales@sfrhs.com or call 415-824-1177. We service customers as far south in Monterey and up north to Healdsburg and St. Helena. We also service out to Walnut Creek and the East Bay. Our warehouse is located in South San Francisco.
How do I set up an account with you?
Please email sales@sfrhs.com or call us at 415-824-1177. Let us know who you are and what organization you are contacting us from. Our service team will respond and reach out to discuss your needs. Next we’ll send a credit application to your email (or appropriate person’s) email via docusign. Please make sure to fill this form out correctly so that our accounting team can easily verify all the information. This process typically takes 2-4 business days.
If I don’t see a product in your catalogue, can you source it for me?
Yes! We will always offer our core listings first, but if you don’t see what you’re looking for please ask. There is a high chance we can source the product for you.
Is your fish sushi grade?
Fish is safe to consume raw depending on the species and the condition of the product. Most farmed fish that we sell are safe to consume raw due to the fish’s low risk of parasites. Farms control the diet of the fish by feeding them pellets which are unlikely to have parasites since these pellets are manufactured in a controlled environment. In contrast, wild fish are more susceptible to parasites since they consume other organisms and smaller fish where parasites are found. As long as the flesh is not spoiled, both farmed and wild fish are safe to consume raw; however, wild fish are at much higher risk of containing parasites compared to farmed fish. Most of our fish is safe to consume raw, but please ask us if you are unsure or have any questions.
What is your order cut off schedule?
Order cut off schedule is 11:59pm the night before. For example, order before 11:59 pm on Sunday for Monday delivery. Pre-orders are always encouraged. Customers can order as many days in advance as they need to.
