Branzini is a delicious sea bass that we are proud to offer year-round. The branzini that we offer are sustainably farmed in the Mediterranean Sea and thoroughly vetted by Seafood Watch – some coming from recirculating aquaculture systems (Best Choice) and others from marine net pens  (Good Alternative).

This item is prepared whole. Customers will be charged by the weight. Generally, 1 whole branzini (Scaled, Gutted and Gilled) averages ~ 1.2 lbs. Variance in weight will be reflected in finalized invoice.
