Trout Roe is less famous than caviar or salmon roe, but these orange pearls are filled with tangy brine that you will love. Compared to salmon roe, trout roe has a milder/sweeter taste and is a smaller size but exhibits the same vibrant golden-orange hue. It is rich in proteins, omega, and fish oils.
