 This box contains three ono-licious fish that represent Hawaii. 

• 1 lb  Ono (skin off)
• 1 lb Kauai shrimp (head off)
• 1 lb. Diced Ahi 

Ono, also known as wahoo, is a versatile lean fish with a mild-sweet tasting flesh.  It cooks up similar to mahi-mahi and is a great fish for the grill.
